This particular ad uses a cute puppy and a few Clydesdales horses to set up the plot. Budweiser has a long tradition of using the adorable and well liked Clydesdales horses as part of their advertising campaigns for many years. However, in the past few years, they have began to add other animals, particularly dogs, to go along with the cute horses.
In this advert, the plot is set up as a farmer begins to lead a horse into the barn. Under the stacks of hay pops up a cute and adorable puppy which quickly exits the barn and soon wanders off. The puppy jumps into a horse carriage wagon and is quickly taken to another town. The ad is titled "Lost Dog" and it soon becomes clear why as we see the puppy lost in the big city. The owner then begins to look for his puppy and sets up flyers all over town. In the meantime, the audience is shown the puppy going through many hardships while trying to get home.

In a scene right out of a movie, the puppy is confronted by a snarling and menacing looking wolf intent on harming the dog. The brave puppy does not back down however, and takes a fighting stance. Within minutes, the band of Clydesdales horses come to the puppy's rescue and the wolf takes off running. The climatic scene where the puppy is finally reunited with his owner is an epic one which we normally see in movies.
